Welcome to Score Keeper! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Score Keeper mobile application and website (collectively, the "App"), provided by Score Keeper ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Score Keeper is a score tracking application designed for card games. The App provides features including:

• Creating and managing game sessions
• Adding and tracking players
• Recording round-by-round scores
• Viewing game history and statistics
• Backing up game data (optional)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and current

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or data mining tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Collect or store personal data of other users

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Score Keeper and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface and design
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Trademarks and service marks

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App (player names, game data, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

6.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your content is not offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Privacy

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Score Keeper, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any other losses or damages

Our total liability shall not exceed $50 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Score Keeper and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or data

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app settings or contact us at support@naudev.com.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the App

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your data after termination. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@naudev.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification
• Sending an email (if you have an account)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you don't agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Score Keeper regarding the App.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.5 No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms.
